How can this service help?

We offer weekly one-to-one counselling, either in-person or online, for young survivors aged 13-19. It's a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and make sense of your life experiences.

We aim to help you come to terms with what has happened to you, to enable you to feel stronger, safer and more positive about your future.

What can I expect?

Once you have contacted us, you will meet online with a counsellor for an initial assessment to find out whether counselling would be helpful to you.

The counsellor will take the opportunity to get to know you and understand more about your needs. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about your counselling.
