Our helpline and offices are open but operating slightly different hours over the Christmas period:

Our helpline returns to its normal hours of Monday – Thursday 7.30pm – 9.30pm from Tuesday, 3 January 2023.
Office hours
Our offices are also closed on Monday 26, Tuesday 27 December and Monday 2 January 2023 but open as normal outside of this. If you need help and support, please visit the get support page of our website to find out how to get in touch.
Help over Christmas
We know the festive period isn't an easy time for everyone. If you need help and support, the following services are available:
- The Samaritans are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call them free on 116 123.
- Mind have some tips and advice for the Christmas period for those that find it difficult
- CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) have a helpline that's open 365 days a year from 5pm - midnight - 0800 58 58 58
- There's a LGBT Christmas Survival Guide from The LGBT Foundation
- Safe Havens offer out of hours mental health help and support for people experiencing a mental health crisis. There are five centres across Surrey in Aldershot, Epsom, Guildford, Redhill and Woking which are open 6-11pm, 365 days a year. Each centre also offers a virtual Safe Haven service so you can access support without leaving home. - And there are various self help guides on our website that can help with flashbacks, grounding, nightmares and panic attacks
